At Islam&Me, we strive to create personalized children’s books that delight and inspire. Due to the unique and customized nature of our products, we have specific policies regarding returns, exchanges, and cancellations. Please review the following policy to understand your rights and responsibilities.

1. No Returns or Exchanges

Personalized Items:

• Items cannot be returned or exchanged as they have been printed and personalized individually for each order. This ensures that each book is uniquely tailored to your specifications and is not resalable.

2. Cancellation Policy

Right to Cancel: You have the right to cancel an order only in the following circumstances: a) If we have failed to deliver the order within 40 days after the date you placed the order. b) In the case of faulty products, at the earliest opportunity after you have discovered the fault or defect (provided that you shall be deemed to have inspected the product as soon as reasonably practicable after delivery and in no case longer than 14 days after receiving the product).

Cancellation Process:

• If an order is cancelled under the conditions in (a) or (b) above, we shall be responsible for all sums paid, including initial and re-delivery charges (if any) in respect of the order in question.
• Notice of wish to cancel must be made by email to info@islamandme.co.uk

3. Faulty or Defective Products

Inspection and Reporting:

• You must inspect the product as soon as reasonably practicable after delivery and notify us of any faults or defects within 14 days of receiving the product.
• Contact our Customer Service team via email at info@islamandme.co.uk with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photos of the defect or damage.

Return of Faulty Products:

• You must return any faulty product to us in its original packaging (which you should retain for this purpose).
• We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for the return of faulty or defective products.

Refunds for Faulty Products:

• Upon verification of the fault or defect, we will process your refund, including initial and re-delivery charges (if any), within 7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Non-Cancellable Items

Custom and Personalized Products:

• For the avoidance of doubt, except in respect of faulty or defective products, nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall give you rights of cancellation regarding products that, by their nature, have been made to your specification or clearly personalized.
